Booking terms

This is a translation of the Italian text. If the two differ, the Italian version prevails.

These terms apply to bookings of the accommodation presented on lasenyera.it. Please read them before confirming: by confirming the booking, you accept them.

The price

The price we quote you is the total for the stay: it includes final cleaning and all mandatory costs. You pay for optional services only if you choose them.

The tourist tax is not included in the price: it is paid separately on arrival, if the Municipality applies it, at the rate set by its regulations.

How to book

1. Ask about availability for your dates, using the calendar or the contact details on the site.
2. We reply in writing with the total price, the deposit and a link to these terms.
3. The booking is confirmed when you receive our written confirmation, after the deposit has been paid.

Deposit and payment

• Deposit: 30% of the total, within 3 days of our reply.
• Balance: on arrival.
• You can pay by bank transfer, in cash on arrival or via a payment link.

Cancellation

If you cancel the booking up to 30 days before arrival, we will refund your deposit; if you cancel later, we keep the deposit.

If we have to cancel the booking ourselves, we will refund what you have paid straight away, without prejudice to the protections the law gives you.

The 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by the Italian Consumer Code does not apply: the booking concerns accommodation for specific dates (Art. 59(1)(n)). The cancellation terms set out above apply.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3pm to 9pm.

Check-out: by 10am.

On arrival, each guest shows a valid identity document: by law, we send their details to the Questura, the provincial police headquarters (Art. 109 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security).

Only the guests named in the booking may stay in the accommodation.

Complaints and jurisdiction

To make a complaint, write to teresasimula@hotmail.it. The contract is governed by Italian law. If you book as a consumer, disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the court for the place where you reside or are domiciled, if it is in Italy.
